We confirm you are fully implemented and in control OR we can highlight Gaps or opportunities for improvement, help you implement the improvements on the floor by training and then help update the written programs to ensure consistency moving forward.
- We - Confirm as a 3rd-party consultant that all your current food safety programs and any related risks ARE under control, therefore confirming that your Food Safety programs are in place and effective giving you “Peace-of-Mind!”
- We – do PCP (HACCP/PRP) Systems Review to meet current regulatory requirements and minimize stumble-ons. Specifically ensuring your programs meet requirements and do not over commit you to further scrutiny.
- We -review your Sanitation program on-site at-night to ensure it is effective and is allowed to operate properly, have the tools and training needed to be effective.
- We - review your operational sanitation program and activity during the production shift(s) looking to see if your plant hygiene levels are being maintained throughout production.
- We - review the GMP(good manufacturing practices) during the Pre-Op, Set-Up (after pre-op), Start-Up of production and then during production in all departments
