Food Safety Audits are the core of our business. Either to find Risk first or help during a Recall in progress. It’s best and cheaper to be pro-active. Control of Food Safety risk and protecting your Brand on your time rather than on the Regulators time.

- We - Will confirm that the current food safety program is actually being implemented.
- We - Will confirm that the written program is reflected in the plant and all records are being completed properly.
- We help you limit Regulatory Intervention, ensuring the SFCR's are intrepreated correctly. Get back up and producing ASAP from a Recall, Product Loss event, or poor test results.
- Identifying employee Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are effective in all departments.
- Evaluating the sanitation program after processing and operational sanitation happening during production.
- Identifying issues with sanitary design of equipment and the facility.
- Evaluating the environmental micro-monitoring (all zones) program is effective.
- We can review and advise on “Recall Team Management”, Regulatory Impact reduction and Traceability.
- Looking for bacterial, harbourage, niches and bio-films throughout the facility.
- We can often get quick feedback on situations coming from CFIA, HC, USDA & FDA.
- We Evaluate Shelf-Life stability Issues. We also advise on how to increase shelf life results.
- We do Training: (dozens of titles to choose from) on site-custom-Training including Food Safety for Maintenance, Rework Control, Bacteria Harborage, to full sanitation and in-process sanitizing. Training Videos are also very popular and can be made on site.
- We do PCP (HACCP) Systems Review to meet current regulatory requirements and minimize regulatory stumble-ons.
- We do GFSI – BRC & SQF program review, implementation, certification audit preparation, internal audits, audit assistance, and help in the implementation of programs on the plant floor, and paper audit.
- We do Food Safety Audits – In House and on all shifts and departments including sanitation, set-up, Pre-Op, and start-up.
